This act of antisemitic terrorism is the latest in a long string of antisemitic incidents in Australia, and globally. This is the result of unchecked antisemitism and hate left to fester, and silence of those unwilling to speak up on it.
On October 7th, 2023, Jews were massacred, raped, and kidnapped on mass. Just because they were Jewish.
From October 8th, 2023 onwards, Jewish students were targeted, assaulted, and harrassed on mass on campuses all over America. Just because they were Jewish.

If you ever heard someone chant ‘Globalize the Intifada’, this is what they are endorsing and cheering for. Don’t let their deceptions and social justice language fool you.
We will not let hate extinguish our light. We will be the light of this dark hour. To our friends in Australia, I am standing with you and mourning alongside you. You are not alone.
May the memories of the dead be a blessing to us all
May the bereaved find comfort
May the wounded find healing
May the distressed find peace
O G-d, Hear us when we cry to thee, we are in peril in the dark
We are in dark times, be the light.
Chag Sameach
Am Yisrael Chai
